Honorable teacher. Teachers should always be prepared to put the main interests of other parties such as students, students' parents, the community and the country above the interests of themselves and their families. Teachers should also be fair to every student in any matter regardless of the student's background. For example, teachers always give sincere help to every student.

PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy of Teacher Education is the core of the formation of teachers' thoughts and practices from the aspects of knowledge, skills, personality and teacher ethics. From the aspect of knowledge, a teacher must act wisely as a spreader of knowledge. According to Ragbir Kaur (2007), teachers function to educate students through various knowledge and skills from the disciplinary aspects of the school curriculum. Every teacher must be trustworthy, dedicated, committed to the task, sincere, willing to sacrifice in terms of time and energy and have a helpful attitude in conveying as much knowledge as possible to their students. What is emphasized here is about the attitude of the teacher himself towards the concept of knowledge. A teacher must deepen knowledge as much as possible in order to be able to spread that knowledge to the students and then be able to produce knowledgeable people as well. For example, the teacher needs to have in-depth knowledge of the subject being taught so that it will be easier for the teacher to explain what the students in the class do not understand about the subject.

Next, the teacher plays the role of character builder. The main task of a teacher is to educate his students to be useful people to their parents, society and country. According to Ragbir Kour (2007), teachers should shape students to have good character, noble morals and high moral values. Therefore, teachers must also have personal traits and qualities, be professional and social in order to be able to carry out their duties as teachers perfectly. However, before the student's personality is formed, the teacher must first have a good personality in order to be an example to the students. According to Ee Ah Meng (2003), a committed teacher will be a role model for his students. Indirectly, the teacher will be able to cultivate some positive personal characteristics through his practice in the classroom. With that, teachers should always maintain morals and ethics because teachers will be role models for students and the community.

Teacher ethics is an aspect related to a person's behavior that is accepted and agreed upon by a group of people. Through ethics, teachers should always work with sincerity, trust, responsibility towards individuals, society, religion and country. In general, with good behavior, a person's way of working is able to produce quality achievements in addition to being able to improve the image of the organization. The purpose of teaching ethics is to control the behavior of teachers so that they can use every knowledge, sensitivity and skill they have for the good of all parties. Therefore, teachers must adhere to and apply the ethical principles that have been outlined in the teaching profession as well as the main values focused by the Malaysian Ministry of Education to be used as a guide.

In conclusion, teachers are precious jewels to society and the country. Teachers also bear a great and important responsibility in the development and progress of a country. Every individual who holds the title of teacher is obliged to take advantage of their respective expertise and knowledge to build human capital in various disciplines and dimensions in order to meet the demands of the Philosophy of Teacher Education
